868k8 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The following capitalized terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

• "868k8" or "Company" refers to the operator of the 868k8 online gaming platform, licensed by PAGCOR and operating under Philippine law.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the 868k8 Platform, used to access gaming services, manage balances, and initiate transactions.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 868k8 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless separately specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a specific promotion, which may be subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by 868k8 and mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations before withdrawal of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation and licensing of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 868k8 website accessible at 868k8.org, including all associated mobile interfaces, sub-domains, APIs, and gaming services provided thereon.
• "Prohibited Territories" means countries and jurisdictions from which access to the Platform is blocked, including but not limited to any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 16 hereof.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash, as specified in individual promotion terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 868k8 Platform, completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any material respect;
• You understand that gambling involves risk, that you may lose some or all funds deposited, and that you accept sole responsibility for any such losses.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 868k8 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and reflects Philippine law governing casino-style gaming and betting. 868k8 strictly enforces this requirement through age verification during registration and KYC processes. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using the Platform is lawful. Philippine residents are the primary intended users of the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access is lawful in your jurisdiction at the time of use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated under Philippine law or relevant foreign law may not register or use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be enrolled in any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion program relating to gambling, including but not limited to PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold any other active account on the 868k8 Platform.

868k8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account where eligibility requirements are found to be unmet.

4. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of 868k8 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• You may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 868k8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonus balances therein.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. You are obligated to notify 868k8 promptly of any changes to your registered details, including changes to your Philippine mobile number, email address, or banking information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 868k8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys Card, passport, driver's license, UMID) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or lending your account credentials to any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

868k8 maintains a record of all account activities including login history, transaction records, and game histories in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 868k8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• 868k8 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
• 868k8 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own service fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed certain threshold amounts may be subject to additional verification steps in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering guidelines.
• 868k8 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account security breach, or failure to complete required KYC documentation.
• All deposits and withdrawals are logged and subject to transaction monitoring in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

868k8 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty program rewards to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion's specific terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each promotion are set out in that promotion's individual terms page within your 868k8 account.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or weekly offer. Multiple account holders attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once will be subject to account closure and forfeiture.
• 868k8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require such action, including but not limited to technical errors, suspected abuse, or regulatory direction.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, real-money balance is wagered before bonus balance. Bonus funds expire upon the expiry date stated in the promotion's terms.
• Any attempt to exploit a bonus offer through matched betting across accounts, systematic staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Participation in the 868k8 VIP loyalty program is by invitation or through qualifying activity as detailed on the Promotions page. VIP benefits are not guaranteed and may be adjusted by 868k8 at its discretion.

7. Gameplay Rules & Technical Matters

The following general gameplay rules apply across all 868k8 game categories. Game-specific rules are available within each game's help section in the lobby.

• Game Fairness: All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the 868k8 Platform use certified RNG technology independently verified to produce genuinely random outcomes. 868k8 cannot and does not manipulate game results.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical return-to-player percentage for all slot and RNG games is available within each game's information panel. RTP is calculated over a large number of game rounds and individual results will vary significantly.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 868k8 reserves the right to declare the relevant round void and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. Any winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be declared void.
• Bets Made in Error: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of bets placed.
• Interrupted Play: If your session is interrupted due to a network failure, the outcome of the game round will be determined by the server-side game log, which constitutes the authoritative record of the result. In cases of dispute, 868k8's server records shall take precedence over any client-side display the Player may have experienced.

8. Live Sabong Betting Rules

The following additional rules apply specifically to live sabong (cockfighting) betting on the 868k8 Platform:

• 868k8's live sabong service broadcasts events from PAGCOR-accredited cockfighting arenas. 868k8 does not organize or operate cockfighting events and is not responsible for any decisions made by arena operators or referees regarding match outcomes, cancellations, or declarations of "no contest."
• Accepted Bet Types: Standard sabong bet types accepted at 868k8 include Meron (bet on the preferred cock), Wala (bet on the non-preferred cock), and Draw (where available). The specific odds and payouts applicable to each bet type are displayed on-screen before the bet is confirmed.
• Bet Acceptance Window: Bets are accepted only within the designated betting window displayed on screen. Bets placed after the betting window closes will not be accepted. 868k8 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to latency, connectivity issues, or placement outside the acceptance window.
• Void Matches: A match will be declared void, and all stakes returned, where the match is cancelled before completion, where both cocks are declared dead simultaneously, or where the arena operator declares the match invalid. The final determination of match validity rests with the arena operator.
• Stream Delays: Live sabong streams may be subject to minor transmission delays. Bets are accepted and settled based on the official arena outcome record, not the stream timestamp. In the event of a discrepancy between stream display and official result, the official arena record shall prevail.

9. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern sports betting on the 868k8 Platform, including pre-match and live in-play markets:

• All sports bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Market rules are available in the Sports section of the 868k8 Platform.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system. In the event that odds change between the time of your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and may choose to accept or decline the new odds.
• Void Bets: Bets will be voided and stakes returned where an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or where 868k8 determines in its reasonable discretion that a technical error has affected the odds at the time of bet placement.
• Live Betting: In-play betting is governed by the same general rules as pre-match betting. 868k8 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including where event circumstances make accurate pricing unreliable.
• Maximum Winnings: 868k8 imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. Maximum payout limits for each sport and market type are displayed within the sportsbook. Where a bet's potential winnings exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
• Results: Official competition results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, FIFA, UFC) shall be used for settlement purposes. 868k8's trading decisions on result disputes are final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 868k8 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any account interaction;
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes, betting outcomes, or to engage in coordinated bonus abuse;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical glitch in the Platform for financial gain;
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank, GCash, Maya, or any other payment provider;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment, including but not limited to money laundering, proceeds of crime, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Creating or using an account on behalf of any third party, including as a proxy bettor;
• Any action constituting match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or insider trading in relation to events on which bets are offered.

868k8 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory bodies in investigations of prohibited conduct. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be preserved and provided to authorities upon lawful request.

11. Responsible Gaming

868k8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing potential harm to Players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all accounts:

• Age Restriction: Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. 868k8 verifies age at registration and through KYC processes.
• Self-Assessment: 868k8 encourages all Players to periodically assess their gaming habits using the responsible gaming tools available within account settings.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits become effective immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders and automatic logout timers within their account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for voluntary self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting 868k8 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 868k8 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, user interfaces, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to 868k8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

The 868k8 name, logo, and all associated marks and trade dress are trademarks or service marks of 868k8. Unauthorized use of any 868k8 marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 868k8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical interruptions;
• 868k8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises;
• 868k8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unplanned outages may cause temporary unavailability;
• 868k8 is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services integrated into the Platform, including payment processors, live streaming services, and game providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

868k8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Death of the account holder (accounts are non-transferable and will be closed upon notification of death).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a material breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, 868k8 reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full. Such withheld funds may be remitted to PAGCOR or other competent authorities as required by law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Internal Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute relating to your 868k8 account, a specific transaction, or a game result, you must first contact the 868k8 support team to initiate our internal dispute resolution process. We will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days. During the dispute resolution period, 868k8 may place a hold on the relevant funds.

PAGCOR Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of 868k8's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's formal player complaints procedure. Information on PAGCOR's complaints process is available through the PAGCOR website.

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the internal or PAGCOR dispute resolution processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

16. Amendments to These Terms

868k8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or through a notification displayed upon next login to the Platform.

Amendments will take effect no less than 14 days after notification, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or to address an emergency security issue, in which case amendments may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, along with the effective date, is always accessible from the footer of the 868k8 Platform. Version 3.0 of these Terms is effective as of 1 January 2026.
